Louise M. Alcott-Lutz Ed. D.
Education consultant
Louise M. Alcott-Lutz Ed. D has extensive experience teaching children from K-12 over 30 years. She’s taught children from Hawaii to California to New Jersey. She took her passion for education to administration as she became principal and eventually earned a degree Doctor of Education.
Her passion for teaching children earned her Bachelors Degree at Mount Mary College in Wisconsin, received her Masters Degree in Administration/Supervision (Honors) at Old Dominion University in Virginia, and attended Summer Studies in Literature and History at Cambridge University in England. In 2002 she graduated from the University Of San Francisco, California with the degree Doctor of Education. Professional memberships include the National Association of Year Round Education (NAYRE) and Phi Delta Kappa.
Terry Church

Terry Church has more than 25 years’ experience helping a broad spectrum of business and technology clients address and manage their complex licensing and commercial transactions.
Terry serves as a legal advisor to technology and non-technology clients, ranging from emerging growth to mature companies. He works with clients in securing and protecting trademark, copyright and trade secret intellectual property rights. He is experienced in structuring, negotiating and drafting strategic partner agreements and technology licensing agreements for both semiconductor and software sectors. He also advises clients regarding channel strategy, distributor agreements and purchase and supply contracts. In addition, Terry supports clients’ corporate compliance needs and franchise relationships.
Nora Norback
Registered Dietitian
Registered dietitian Nora Norback, MPH, RD, CDE is active in obesity prevention and treatment in clinical and community settings. Working in the San Francisco Bay Area, she has served as a consultant to West County Community Health Improvement Network (WCCHIN), helping to bring funds to the community through Kaiser Permanente's Healthy Eating, Active Living Community Health Initiative. She chairs The Obesity Task Force at Kaiser Permanente in Richmond, has been active in nutrition projects related to diabetes, weight bias and changing food in institutional settings; she was instrumental in launching a community-run farm stand at the medical center. From 1992-2004, Ms. Norback taught nutrition at Bay Area colleges and universities. Currently, she is a clinician working with children and adults to address eating disorders, overweight, obesity, gestational diabetes and chronic conditions at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Richmond, California.
George Phillips
Executive Director
George has served as Executive Director of the Alameda Boys & Girls Club since 1998, providing leadership to one of Alameda’s oldest and most successful youth development organization. Prior to his service at the Club, he spent 3 years at St. Joseph Elementary School where he taught physical education, technology to all grade level and began the school’s first Development Department.
After spending 27 years in the retail business, George entered into a second career in Youth work. Before opening his own retail stores in San Francisco, he served as a Vice-President for a 22 Department and 180 store chain. His experience as a business and marketing executive brings a rare combination of business acumen and youth development experience to the organization.
