Does your organization support children ages 7-18?
Does your mission include the whole child?
Have you considered fun activities to teach healthy habits?

If you answered yes to any one of these questions then you should attend Chef-K® FREE workshop "Let's Get Cooking".

Did you know it’s possible to teach kids to cook without a kitchen?

If you’ve been putting off including a cooking and nutrition program in your organization because you don’t have a kitchen, don’t. Instead, join Laurie Zerga, founder of Chef-K®, culinary health education as she outlines some of the key steps to plan and implement a culinary program in your organization. She’ll discuss hints and tips on how youth organizations can get started. She’ll guide you through a sample lesson, while reviewing key components for success.

Stay for a brief reception following the workshop and find out about more about Chef-K

Schools no longer provide home economics, parents are working, and diet-related health issues are at a crisis-level. So how are future citizens going to learn about healthy food? Ms Zerga draws on her 20+ years of corporate experience, developing and implementing curriculum and her 7+ years teaching culinary health education to kids.

Please join us as Laurie Zerga will run a 45minute workshop followed by a brief reception.
