Roasted Cabbage
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage – any kind, try Savoy
2 Tblsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1.Preheat oven 400°
2.Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage head.
3.Chop the cabbage into 8 chunky wedges.
4.Place wedges in a roasting pan.
5.Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6.Roast for 30-40 minutes, flipping the cabbage wedges once halfway through.
7.Enjoy!
